I forgot to mention that I played guild wars too. I loved wow because it has so much going on. I didnt like Final Fantasy because it didnt seem very smooth. Guild Wars and Lord of the rings were both average. I'm thinking about trying city of heroes.

I played CoH before I went to WoW then tried to go back to CoH for a while, and just couldn't find the love I once held for that game... (could be emotion ties to it but who knows)
other than the ones you tried, there aren't really any others i'd suggest..WoW and Guildwars (all of 3) have stolen and kept my attention for years..
I just saw the trailer for Tabula Rasa, it looked awsome. Are you playing it?
I did play it but quit just like all other mmos I played like WoW just because I got bored with them after playing it for a long time. Tabula Rasa is a great change of gameplay style from WoW type of mmos though because of its faster combat. Right now I am just waiting for Warhammer Online to come out and maybe Age of Conan.
Have any of you played Star Wars Galaxies? It sounds kinda cool too.
My suggestion is dont bother wasting time on Star Wars Galaxies, if you want a good sci-fi game try either Tabula Rasa or Anarchy Online. Anarchy Online is free and Tabula Rasa has a 3 day trial at www.fileplanet.com

Try Guild Wars, Everquest 2, or Lineage 2. They all have trials.
You have to tell people what you like and dislike in an MMOG before you can get any meaningful recommendations.

I like Poxnora but im looking for something that has many people involved.
If you do try City of Heroes, do yourself a favor and start on the HERO side. The Villain side was poorly designed and is not very popular.

Have you played Tabula Rasa or Pirates of the Burning Sea. There is also Vanguard but I doubt you will like that.
