I agree with you about the character customization. One thing this game needs is better facial customization. One of the reasons everyone looks exactly alike is that there are no real options for changing the shape of your face.
Totally agree man. I 'hate' the facial hair and the fact that every human man is a square jawed 'action hero' look. The facial hair on some of the NPC's is exactly what I wanted for my character... light stubble, not a big thick MOUND of what looks like coloured elephantitis growth on my face.

Heh, I think it's a Turbine thing. I just DLed DDO today for the heck of it, and the only thing you can change on the male human face are the eyes, lips and nose. Kind of like Mr. Potato Head.

why everyone on this games keeps saying "free updates" baffles me. EVERY MMO UPDATES AND ITS FREE. if they handed out a full free expansion, thats a diffrent story, but there just regualr updates they SHOULD be doing, and more often because its new and needs alot added to keep folk around.
also on the armour deal....why is that even worth it, you want to do somthing smart, make the damn armour you have or add more that looks good and LOOKS DIFFRENT by class or even race at times, this game has a horrible problem w/ that deal. u look at someone, and unless u check them, you have not a clue if they are high or low lvl, or any bland idea what class, they need a serious makeover for class/race/lvl specific stuff. i wanna be able to jog through a main city and see "well theres a few high lvl tanks" or "hey mabey il help out that newbie looking minstrel". sadly this game doesnt have that feeling at all yet. i think more of its due to a restricting IP. would of been better for them to do a spin off or somthing so they could have huge freedome from the IP, but what can you do.
