Fractal is going Age of Conan !!

Fractal, a multi-gaming guild that started in LoTRO on Gilrain, have decided to open a new branch in Age of Conan.

We are a guild of mature players (18 up to 50y/o) that mainly focusses on group based (guild) achievements.

We are a trend-setting guild that hold most raid specific server first kills on our server, without being hardcore raiders.

A normal guild member of Fractal can be summed up like this. A fractal member is a person that:

Tends to play a bit more than the Average Joe.
Likes to raid, but not in an extent that it will affect work/school/RL.
Enjoys and strives to conquer the challenging quests/bosses in game, and see the endgame as an important part of the game.
Knows how to behave during a raid and in the daily life both in guild and towards the other people playing the game.
Does not like to watch people quarrel in /guild chat, and ask the same standards from yourself as you do from your fellow guildies.
Is helpful and willing to aid their fellow guild members the same way they expect to get help when they need it.
Is active both in game and on forums.

But most of all you feel that you are a part of something, with guildies you would call friends and officers that work hard to get all of us the best experience the game you play can give.

Fractal can offer you the following things:

A guild that listens to their members, and make desicions based on the majority.
Officers who work their ass off to give you the best experience and help you in any ways they can ( that also goes for members).
A guild that strive to achieve goals as a team, and to get the best out of every member.
Structured system set up for crafting, item distribution, raiding and any other parts that need to be organized by the guild.

We have

Our own guild portal with forums
    Ventrillo / Teamspeak servers
    Experienced raid/PvP leaders

But what we have most of all is our guildname, and we are damn proud of it

Aditional recruitment info

We are a EU guild (English spoken)
We are going to a PvE server, but we will be active in the PvP of that server.
Our normal raid schedual is from 17:30 - 23:30 (24 at most) in LoTRO (4 days a week)
We dont force anyone to raid, but we are looking for active players that like to raid mostly.
You are able to log onto Ventrillo or Teamspeak although you dont need to talk.
We use a trial period, and since AoC is not released yet, we will keep new members as recruits until we get to know them ingame.
Recruits will have access to the AoC part of the forums, and most benefits a full member would have.
When game launch the trial period will tell us if you are something we want in guild, and you if we are something you want to be a part of.
After trial period ends (no set time) you will be voted on by your fellow guildys, if positive you become a full member, if negative you will be kicked out of guild with a reason why.

Be mature, be friendly, be active and most of all be yourself

Afterall this is a game, and your enjoyment should be the most important thing in game

Greet's

Fractal is EU-based. Most of us are Western-European.

Raid schedule we use in other games:

    Sunday 19:30 CET (18:30GMT) - 23:30 CET (22:30GMT)

    Tuesday 19:30 CET (18:30GMT) - 23:30 CET (22:30GMT)

    Wednesday 19:30 CET (18:30GMT) - 23:30 CET (22:30GMT)

    Thursday 19:30 CET (18:30GMT) - 23:30 CET (22:30GMT)

It's likely our raid schedule will be something similar, but we also want to get involved in keep-taking, etc.
