Got email!

 

Clicked link and registered.

 

ERROR: KEY ALREADY IN USE

 

WTF???  Same happened when I tried AC trial. Dam Turbine!

    I think I remember someone posting awhile back of that happening. If memory serves me right they called Turbine Support and got a trial key from customer support. If not can try emailing them, but you risk getting a delayed email if you're wanting to jump in the game asap.

    I don't know what to tell you other than maybe call their cust service number and try get a key or use/make another email address to acquire a trial key.

    Try submitting it a few times... same thing happened to me with my trial key and all I did was click to submit it again (without changing the key at all, it was still in the box the whole time) and eventually it went through. Took 3 or 4 attempts.

    Same thing happened with my retail key as well and the same actions produced the same results.

    Got it to work under a different email address, right off the bat!

     

    Go figure!

     

    Now to see how many times I can die in 10 days!!

    Awesome! Good to hear you got it resolved.

    I die lots with me sorc but my rogue is fun and doesn't die... much :)
