"No, Red China hasn't reclaimed Taiwan just yet, but EA has announced that GigaMedia will be bringing Warhammer Online to the island nation.
"It is a privilege to work with GigaMedia to bring our game to Asia’s vibrant and growing population of MMORPG fans,” says Mark Jacobs, VP and General Manager of EA Mythic. “Warhammer Online is widely anticipated in both North America and Europe. With GigaMedia as a partner, we expect that Asian gamers will have a lot to look forward to.”
They will also be carrying the game to Hong Kong and Macau as well."

Those Asian gamers are PvP-crazy.

Still following me around forums spreading your !!! I see. How is presenting facts fanboyism ^^
Findme saying "WOW rocks your Boxors!" or things like that. That's fanboyism. Do i have a predisposition towards WoW? Yes I do. But at least i use facts and arguments instead of just shout baseless things.
They'll be all over in the PvP field! Seen from how it turned out in Guild Wars we will probably see Taiwanese running around everywhere where PvP is (generalizing ftw).

I would not be surprised if War is going to see 2 or 3 times as many europeans as americans, short affter release. I think it's going to take some time for the asians to catch up.

Nah bro, trust me on this. I was in a Taiwanese guild in Guild Wars and them guys/girls were serious as a heart attack when it came to climbing ladders and doing PvP. The guild name was "God's of Korea" (don't know why he named it this)and we ended up being 14th on the PvP ladder (that's saying something in guildwars PvP).
Our leader was so manical in doing PvP he would boot people out that didn't make what he thought was a good pvp build. I think if he didn't have to do his mandatory military service (what he told us) that guild would have still been in the top bracket of PvP.
On a note I survived in the guild up until I left the game and I didn't speak a lick of Taiwanese,Chinese or whatever it was they were speaking in ventrilo. They take PvP to a whole different level.
5.5million +, 8.5 million it's all the same it's a lot from Asia playing as I said.
