Kind of redundant for him to say that considering they have said beta is starting “very soon” this year so presumably we will see how the construction system works for ourselves.
Unless “very soon” is a period of time defined by the developers of greater duration then “at some point”’
Or the construction system will not be implemented at the start of beta.
But nevertheless as long as the “within the year” time frame for release is defined by the developers as a period of time under 12 months we will see the construction system for ourselves this year and will not require the developers to show us.
Unless the construction system will not be implemented at release, in that case we will require the developers to show how the construction system works "at some point"

actully it could mean beta is starting ina f ew months and hes going to shows us in the next update or 2 : /
