I have returned to DDO and have settled into playing fine, but am having trouble finding my team members. Is there anyway to find out which "dungeons/maps/instances" your team members are with out simply knowing where all the instances are are having to ask someone to lead you?

Hmm yeah that's a good question. I ran into that this weekend where I couldn't remember where a harbor quest was, But I usually ask in the group what zone and name of the quest. I can usually find it then. I don't know of any other way, maybe Vincenz can help if he'll quit getting in trouble.

As far as I can remember without having the game open in front of me, you can see the location of member via the [guild] listing or the [players online] listing.  I believe it will only show you what zone or quest the characters are in and not both.  So if Bob is in house D then it would say 'House D' by his name but if Bob is in a quest in House D then it would only say the name of the quest.

Like I said above, I don't have my game open at the moment so I can't be exactly sure.  You should look into it tho' and see if this helps you at all.  Your best bet is to just let the group know you are a returning player and are a little rusty with quest/zone locations, they shouldn't have a problem with helping you out.  I just re-sub'd to DDO last week and I also made the transition just fine!
