Looking for a PvP game with penelty.

Hi, im making this topic in search for a new MMO to play while im currently waiting for WAR.

I just kinda got hooked up by EVE couple of weeks back, but the lvling / training there took too long for me to just be playing the game for 2-4 months. So, if theres some game out there, which doesnt take too long to lvl up, and a certain amout of freedom with good pvp with penelties like looting, great xp loss, skill loss and such. Not just the regular 30 sec respawn time / get your corpse / ress sick / death sick for 5 min.

I've already tried out and not interested in;
DAoC
EVE
CoX
WoW
LA2
Ryzom
GW
Runescape (^^)

And btw, no need for the specific death penelties mentioned above, as long as its a badass one to some point.

    I never ran into a 3D mmo with good PvP with penaltys. So your best bet is to start looking through 2d games.

    Also, PoTBS your ships get destroyed after you die a certain number of times and lost of ports for losing.

    He said he'll use it to wait 2-4 months for another game, not 2-4 years.

    If you dont know them I dont think you would make it in one.  People would come looking for a pvp penelty game and I would bring them to L2 and they would last a couple of months.  People say they want FFA and penelty but when they find out that its them that will be losing xp and weapons and getting ganked they change their minds pretty quick.
