Can't raid... where do I belong?

So I have been playing WoW on and off since release. Until now I only worked mornings/afternoons (9-5). Now I work evenings at my new job. Granted I am not too fond of WoW to begin with. Finding myself bored alot of the time. The main aspect of WoW has been taken from me. I can no longer raid because I go to work before raids start, and come back after they are over usually.

I have dabbled in a lot of different mmos, and seem to be drawn back to WoW every time. I think for me it's the most complete. The problem with this is I am missing out on a big part of the game.

Where should I turn now that WoW isn't really the best option for me anymore? I love pvp, I love crafting, and I love adventuring. Lately I have had slightly more fun playing older console games. Anyone else miss the days when gaming was more about fun than work and being number one?

(I am seriously thinking about dusting off my copy of FF7, and have around 40 hours of great fun. Almost brings a smile to my face just thinking about it.)

Anyways, feel free to voice your opinions and suggestions.

Playing - Minecraft, 7 Days To Die, Darkfall:ROA, Path of Exile

    Hard to say.

I will list a few possible candidates...

Lord of the Ring:  I heard it is similar to WoW but different...

City of Heroes/Villains: You can do whatever you want and progress all the way till the end, you can join 1 of the 2 raids, group, solo...whatever you want.  The game is a non-stop fight.  If you want more...maybe something else.  The devs believe in the PvP even if almost nobody else does.

Lineage II: That would be some PvP option, don't know the game...never bothered with close-minded PvP enforcement, but that is me.

Anyway, that's the games I am thinking about for you...thanks you for asking: ano's medium! :P

Just the thought of FF7 brought a smile to my face.

if you play in the us, then have you perhaps considered playing on the oceanic servers for WOW? i'm sure that they'd work in time periods that would suit you...
