EQ Raid Guild looking for new raiding game

We are an EQ raiding guild and we generally liked EQ up through Anguish (OoW expansion). Since then, trash clearing seems to be more important on raids than actual skills, strategy, and tactics. Since EQ raiding is also on its way out of existence on our server (we won't change servers), we are seeking alternatives. In short, EQ is/was just fine (grouping, keying, flags, raiding in Time, Tacvi, Anguish), but raids are getting stupidly long and boring with so much trash, and the server is dying, so raids are more difficult to form. We'd like a good challenge for 30 to 40 folks in number. Please advise. Thank you in advance.

DDO has raiding, the raiding only takes about 2 hours so time should not be an issue, but the raids only require about 12 people so you might want to make a couple different groups.You and your guild can download the trial at http://trial.ddo.com/
I believe Vanguard has raiding now to might want to give that a try.
Age of Conan, although pvp orientated will have raiding.
