CoV and CoH use the same servers so you should find the answer to your question over on the CoH forums where you poised the same question earlier.
Just my opinion here.... but its what you asked for.
Infinity - a collection of reclusive hardcore gamers that like nothing more that a tight professional team full of vets that know how to work as a team.
Freedom - Type-A personalities inhabit this server. If you do not mind being directed to do each and every last thing with your toon and do not have any problem with waiting outside missions 15 to 20 minutes for mysterious reasons... then this is the server of your dreams. LOTS of people play this server, and 90 percent of them are like this. If you like PvP, then I would play this server. (the only reason I go on this server is to kill off its inhabitants.)
Guardian - Quiet and relatively easygoing. Nice people. Not much action for a serious PvP'er.
The rest are pretty much the same as Guardian with the exception of Protector.
Protector - Very populated, good PvP, but the same personality traits present on Freedom. Unfortunate...
but hey, atleast you get to kill some of them.

Co-Leader - Killzone Alliance - Infinity (CoV)
Co-Leader - PWN Depot - Infinity (CoH)
LMAO Protector lolz...Freedoms the top server I also play on champion which is pretty kool. Protector is a snore fest I think they hit 2 bub's on double xp weekend only because I miss clicked on the server. Virtue is hefty RP server and has grown cosiderably. As far as 10-20 min wait times, thats a bad team Freedom pl's alot so It's generally go go go. Anyway just a opinion.
Ohhhh LOLZ PROTECTOR
Check the population ranking if you want more players around or less. Freedom is the most populated, and by far.
