is AOC all instanced like guild wars ? or more like wow where u see other players ?

it is not like guild wars.
its "zoned" not instanced you will see anyone in your zone but its not persistent like wow, it helps make the game take less sys requirements. i believe it will be like EQ2 although i never played it heard its zoned.

AoC has some instanced dungeons for 24 man groups and also some Social Dungeons for up to 100 people - just like in EQ and EQ2. Its still an instance but It's not lke guild wars where only 12 people can enter a dungeon or area is limited, meaning that in AoC other players and groups can inhabit some dungeons at the same time as you or your group.
You can swap out your skills anytime in AoC - anywhere, even on the run.
Its pretty different but shares some stuff the same.
It's instanced like Anarchy Online.
Everyone shares the same instance for cities and zones, except for some social dungeons where there is a max number before a new instance is created, or in raids where each team gets one instance.
