    You can subscribe on the web site : 15$ or 15€ for 1 month. It's cheaper for 3 months and even more for 6 months, like in any other MMO.

    There are also Eve TIme Codes (or GTCs for Game Time Cards) of 30, 50, 90 days, which you can purchase on some websites (with Paypal) or in stores (not sure about which stores actually).

    The interesting thing is that GTCs can be less expensive than the standard subscription.

    Example: I'm European, a 30 days GTC costs 15$, so when I buy it online it's only ~10€, the equivalent of 15$.

     If I used the standard subscription I would pay 15€, so 50% more.

    33.33% :) sorry :)

    nono,

    10€ is 33% less than 15€  because 15*(1-0.33) = 10 €

    but 15€ is 50% more than 10€, because 10x1.5 => 15

    So I was right

    You can also pay for your sub with In game money (ISK).

    As said above, you can buy game time cards using in game money.  There is a system set up to enter in the information so it is very secure.  There is also a forum on the eve online site for the buying and selling of game time cards.  Prices vary depending on supply and demand.

    Free EVE ftw! Alright, so there's a little work to do to get it, but I think it's awesome how they allow this.

     a 30 day card is 180-200mil and a 90 day one is about 400mil as I recall.You probably wont be able to buy them with isk till you learn the game abit and find the best way for you to earn isk.

     Well mining is for the strong nerved,or for people who can do it semi afk (have chores around the house close to the comp).Personaly id do missions ,cause it's faster and not boring,but everyone isnt the same soo you might hate missions.You can also dabble in the markets and try to get some profit or start pirating,tho it's only for the very experienced (game play wise).

    well mining is a god way to turn in isk however  as a new player mining aint so profitable you can buy time codes for the profit you gaining
