I may be asking a noob question but since i have never done PVP in an MMO i have a question. I have read everything about Conan however this question may be so obvious to ppl who play MMO's that they never said it.
Anyway my question is whether in open PVP you are able to click on an opponent and see there lvl, and stats and what-not, in LOTR online i am able to click on another person and it give all the info i wanna find about them(PVE). However my question is, is this the same in PVP? (for conan)
Seems rediculous because if it were that way wouldn't you just do the mental math to decide if you would win or not before you fought them.
Does it give like 30-40 over there name? (like approximations)
Or nothing and you just attack if you feel like it? Idk how this works but is it as simple as decided if you'll lose or not by pretty much who is higher level.

It depends on the game.
Some are very cryptic on info regarding other players while others are very open to the point of revealing every single detail of your opponent. Some also give the option to examine your opponent in great detail outside the game(with a web browser).
Any idea then for Conan?
Why will no one answer? Do we all not have any ideas on this?
In my opinion it should be a very wide range if anything, showing; like 20-40, and 40-80, in PVP area that is, not everywhere. Either that, or not giving anything about there level at all. Maybe there mount and armor would actually be noticablly good, and you'd be like whoo, he'd/she'd kick my ass.
Who knows might not be anything like that...

I wrote the whole message but then it asked for some gay server e-mail garbage and i tryed to understand it but it was to confusing something about a POP3 or a IMPT something w/e.
Why doesn't it work like everyother e-mail. There going to get like 1 20th of all the questions they would have.
Hi there, try just copying and pasting the address into your normal email.
There were no levels, only usage based skills. Basically someone could strole around in death robes and if he has reagants and is a mage, could potentially whoop some ass. You always took your chances in that game.
Unfortunately, most games have strayed from this. I play LOTRO as well, and the PvP really lacks, even with the new update. It just gets boring after a few days. There's no heightened level of excitement as there was in UO because there's really no point worrying about dying. Same goes with most MMO's now. You die, you lose nothing. In UO, you die, you come back with nothing and the murderer just made a sweet little profit. But alas, they eventually botched that up too and made mirror worlds.
God i hope Darkfall eventually gets released...
