I’m a great fan of anything that triggers the imagination. I write stories next to working at Funcom and hope to publish something one day too. The artwork of Luis Royo is absolutely fantastic. I also like the dark atmosphere in Stephen King’s books. Creating websites and interactive content in Adobe Director helped me choose the path of game design. Also Live Action Role-playing (LARP) is something I can recommend for everyone. You are bound to meet a lot of creative people, have fun and explore what it is like to truly be inside the story.

She looks hot.
She also gave some great answers.
Sounds like Helene works with Joel Bylos - that must be just crazy!!!
One of her favorite artists is Luis Royo
Can we say "Very" Erotic Fantasy images?
Yea..Conan is going to look spectacular...I cannot wait
Nice interview!
I think I am in love. Will you marry me blond gamer motorcycle-riding viking temptress?
Helene, you know you shouldn't let Joel have his own way with those quest ideas... Get that feminine perspective across more by contacting marketing and getting a Friday Quest update! I think it would be a great update!
Maybe Funcom can have Helene Johnsen make the trip from the land of ice and snow to the North American continent (For Avery's sake I include Canada) with the viking kitties when they finally ship Age of Conan on their warboat across the pond. I think the boat looks big enough to hold her and a few hundred thousand copies of the game.

Hard to nourish a dream that is so easily crushed by a companys Director of human resources saying; "Your too old, we are looking for young people". My ideas and my dreams are as vivid as any teenagers and perhaps my content for any game I'd get a chance of designing would be as spectacular as any game made by a younger person. But guess I won't get that chance unless I happen to know someone who owns a computer company. Enough with my mad rantings and ravings.
Great article and GL in the future H.
I'm a lumberjack and I'm OK I work all day and I MMO all night....
Cool, vikingkittens.
Thanks for all the nice support ppl! I'll join the awsome viking kittens anyday! Hope you all will enjoy the Conan mmo experience. (And the singleplayer part!)
Ok, now to dig my way out through the snow, kill some iceworms and chopp off some heads for me breakfast.
If that is here on the bike, then she is hot.
