LF Aerial combat

Alright I'm a big fan of the Ace Combat series and I'm a bit saddened on how limited the selection of pure aerial combat games are

Anyways I'm looking for any(preferably free) MMO's with aerial combat (not Space Cowboy or whatever its called now) that has mission's(either air to air or air to ground/sea) and pvp.

I dont mind on what sort of planes, but prefer modern planes.

    I don't think you will find many mmorpgs like the one you're searching. But if I were you I would give RF online a try! A mecha-warrior MMORPG develop by CodeMasters. A great thing about this game that you don't have to grind all the way there are pretty much quests! So give it a try!

    Are you freaking serious? you dont have to grind? LOLOLOLOL

    every single quest is a kill X mission .. that equals grind for rf online

    Planetside is not pure aerial combat, nor does it have Modern, WW2 or even WW1 planes....

     

    Come on guys, I just spent the past few hours on google and was able to find outdated and or very limited games(only having 1 plane to use is no fun at all) yet this site that deals with pc gaming only has a small list of games compared to the actual amount of MMO's there are

     Ah screw it I'm taking up coding anyways so I'll make it myself

      You make it sound like I didn't read your first post.. I did, and it looked like you were open to suggestions that had air to air combat.. not skill based game. You never said JUST modern, or ONLY pure aerial. (which can be achieved in Planetside if you wanted it)

     

     

      There aren't many MMO's with planes, WW2 online, Space Cowboy, Planetside, SWG:JTL are the most promising because they currently have playerbase. If you didn't want MMO you'd have a plethora of good games to choose from.
