i disagree purely because of the judges that can be elected to the bench by the president. dont tell me all the posturing and fillabustering during the process is theatrics. dems dont want 'conservative' judges to the bench. judiciary is mucho power.

Ok, I'll play along, but first I need you to answer two things:
1) How do you foresee Clinton winning enough pledged delegates to win the nomination (she needs at least 60% of all remaining primaries to overtake Obama's lead). That's nearly impossible. And will the superdelegates overturn the pledged delegate count and go for Hillary? (Obama won 66 SDs last month, Clinton 16, and he's won 4 more since last nights elections and will likely overtake her SD lead after he wins Miss. and Wyoming)
AND
2) Didn't you predict months ago that it would come down to Hillary Clinton vs. Mitt Romney because the NWO or the CFR or whatever had said it would be so? What happened to that?
I think a combined ticket is inevitable at this point for the Dems, but there's no way it will be anything other than Obama/Clinton (she's like the female Cheney anyway so it works out).
I'm sure you'll sidestep #2, but I'm genuinely interested in the answer to #1

she did win alot of big states. who knows, super delegates will probably go where the momentum takes em. we will see if yesterday was just a fluke or obamas has peaked and the fad is over. that is all he is anyways, a fad. no substance imo.

Heh. The reality is that Senator Clinton won 12 delegates yesterday (she needs 130 to reach parity with Obama, an impossible feat considering the states that haven't voted yet). Obama took her 20 point lead from 2 weeks ago down to 3 points in Texas and 10 in Ohio. She needed much higher leads in order to do any kind of damage. And because she's lost the Texas caucus (apparently) she'll get fewer delegates out of Texas than Obama will. Expect the press to hype her wins for the next couple of days, but then cold hard reality will begin to filter in and the pundits will begin to look at this realistically (heck they already are). In the meantime the Obama campaign continues to pick up SD endorsements which will probably continue to trickle in over the next 7 weeks.
Wyoming votes on Saturday, Mississippi votes next Tuesday. Not only will Barack Obama win both of these states and maintain his lead, he'll likely win more delegates than HRC did last night. All the momentum in the world won't win them for Clinton.
The remaining SDs will go for whoever has the most pledge delegates for two reason #1) the inordinate amount of mainstream media attention on the massive negatives overturning the pledged delegate count would have and #2) they aren't going to do anything to make one side or the other angry.
Obama leads in pledged delegates, total votes, and total states, and soon total SDs. He's won 12 of the last 15 primaries and is on track to win two more before the end of next week. I know Clinton supporters are happy right now, as they should be they've earned it, but this is just the pragmatic reality.

Another thing to keep in mind. So far in the big states she's won her support comes overwhelmingly from rural areas, areas almost guaranteed to vote Republican (especially in states like Texas and Ohio). Obama has consistently won the vote in urban city areas, areas that almost always vote Democratic (look at the county maps for Texas and Ohio, Obama won almost every major city from Cincinnati to Dallas to Houston)
