No, but really- obviously there's a huge stigma about sex in gaming- big trouble, but what about a game that allows for private Sex instances? Put in the right controls and it could be done.
So, it'll be a mature rated game... so what? Sex sells and I don't see the porn industry falling flat because they have "mature" content.
How could sex "work" in an MMORPG? It would rock.

I think if your having to turn to the internet...or games especially in order to get your rocks off its ....well a really sad situation for a person. Honestly i hope they keep that weird sort of stuff where it belongs in the background. There's nothing wrong with it but...its just sad ...we're humans we're supposed to want sex sure but getting it from a game is just unnatural.
I think the day I start thinking about having sex in an MMO ... I'm going to check myself into a hospital.

You may want to check out Age of Conan though, should be plenty of that.
Virtual sex is good for humanity. It could discourage population increase.

Imo I think MMOs to have sexual nature should be put to one side which is how the future currently looks like for the MMOS.

only people who couldnt get any in real life would play it. they could get some if they spend more time trying to get some in real life than playing a game based on it. anyways there is no point in making a game based on sex.
There is a game online now called socioltron, http://sociolotron.amerabyte.com/website2/facts.htm , this has sex in it. In fact from what I read I think your character must have sex at some point in order to survive. What I don't like about this game is it glorifies rape. You must be 18 yrs old to play this of course, but personally I feel that the majority would probably be kids who took mommy or Daddy's credit card without them knowing what the game is about.
I agree with the other posters here if you have to turn to a game for sex then there's a problem. I'm all for role playing in a game, that meaning a relationship where you have romance and possibly a wedding etc but sex is not something I consider necessary to be a valid role player. In fact we tend to steer clear of that area because most people that don't understand role players think that we are glorified cybersex people and that's it. This is not true at all.
While I don't have a problem with games like this being put out on the market I know I wouldn't pay for it, I don't need that style of game play to have a good time. But apparently since the above game is up and running for years now some do, to each his own I guess. But on the whole I'd rather skip that whole subject and just enjoy a normal mmo.

Then the last thing you should be spending your money on is an MMO, put it in the "hooker fund jar" instead.

It's been a constant topic here since the nipples fiasco in Conan, and even before that when it was first announced that the game would contain nudity. Apparently some people think it's an exciting concept... I just think it's a cheap amusement for those incapable in real life. Killing a dragon, casting magic spells, shooting futuristic guns and flying spaceships I can see, since these are not things we can do in real life... but virtual sex?
There was a MMORPG that was going to have a "have sex" button. You stood next to someone from the opposite sex, and if you both pressed have sex, then you would have a kid. The kid would have some of the skills of both the mother and the father.
I don't know who would get to keep the character though. I guess you would have to have a custody battle.
Threads like this and the 200 threads about the Witcher in various forums asking how to "unlock nipples" are exactly why I wouldn't touch Age of Conan with a 10' pole.
Far too many 5" poles are interested in it for it to hold any kind of value to me, and the community will amount to Beavis and/or Butthead.
Then we can blame her husband for inventing the internet.
I only play female characters in mmos (call me crazy, but I don't feel comfortable gender bending). And the first time some noob in Age of Conan asked me to "buff" him, I'd uninstall the game and break the disc.

thousands of kids would spend hours watching virtual sex whilst the rest of the MMO world jokes and laughed at the crappy game that involves/is about sex

-Changeable worlds
-Solid non level based game
-Sharks with lasers attached to their heads
