Okay here it goes, I have a Pentium D 2.8 GHZ with Hyperthreading (fake dual core etc) 2 gigs of Ram DDR2-400, 80 Gig HDD and a secondary 160 gig Hardrive, Audigy XIFI and a PNY Geforce 8600 GT 512 meg overclocked with GDDR3.
Okay now here it goes: Can I run this game with at least high graphics quality, how does the engine run and do you need a super computer to play this damn thing? I would like to pre order but I dont want to waste my time. I play oblivion on everything high 1280 X 1024 with Qarls Tex pack 3 (runs at 50 to 60 FPS).
Don't break NDA just give me a hint as to whether I am screwed or if I will enjoy myself in the coming next 2 months.

i have no real good reason for anything technical because i don't know much about computer stuff, however....
they have said many times that if one can run oblivion then they will run AOC, i'm guessing there somewhat similar. So if you can run oblivion on max setting then i'm guessing it won't be max for AOC, but somewhere close.
I definitly wouldn't say it's not worth buying. I'm sure it would still look great and play fine.
I will say that without a doubt, you won't hit max settings with that card.
Yeah its a safe bet that if you can run Oblivion at a certain setting you'll be running AoC at the same setting. For the simple fact that the game itself doesn't have the intensity of Oblivion but the fact that it's online where as Oblivion isn't put them at about the same demand on your system, just focusing more on your memory and processor speed more than your gfx card.
