I would hope, in all fairness to the loyal Conan fans who hold REH stories as canon, that there would indeed be sources of infatuation, desire, and jealousy to be true to the number one reason why Conan left his village to help in the sack of Venarium as a teen. He discovered there was alot of women to be had in the aftermath of battle. Naturally the older Conan got, Pillaging became more important than the lure of a hot blooded Woman's passionate embrace. Conan found through his life long career as an adventurer Women could be the number one source for a lot of his hardships when compared to his arch nemisis the mage Thoth Amon.
You boil it all down, Conan's wanderlust is as comparable to a modern day Sailor's international sexual tourism, albeit in today's military it could carry a heavy fine if he is caught paying for the services of a prostitute. I take George Carlins stance on it, Selling is Legal, effing is Legal, why isn't the hell is Selling effing legal?!

This is how Entertainers earned their keep. They still buff, and can fight these days, but it wasnt like it used to be.

A cliche of a barfight would usually happen, leaving Conan the last man standing and able to carry the lass upstairs for the night as the winner of her charms. Red Sonya had to battle every male challenger for fear of having to have sex as a major debuff to her warrior ways.
Personally, I would be disappointed if AoC is sterile of any notion of the possibility of sex. I am not aiming for a Mature only rating here. Just remember our European counterparts are way more liberal in this subject and they are the developers for this up and coming epic MMO. I would be happy with an Entertainer equivalent, who can bestow buffs after viewing their many gilded charms. This would be an excellent opportunity for some of these graphic artists to create the most attractive women NPC's in MMO history.
I know my women avatars would end up being virgins, and go without the buffs...I am such a hypocrite.
