Mentor-taking Great Master

After the release of the version 0.7.0, I found a Mentor-taking Great Master in Phynas, I found a master, wow, cool, every time he kills a monster, I get the same exp as he does, it's really fantastic

It seems that your mentor will make you become more lazy, I don't like such system.
I've been playing the game since October of '07 and have thought long and hard on what I am about to share. I feel the whole notion of attempting to balance the game in it's current form is doing more harm than good to the current player community.
More attention should be given to the new content that is being developed, and balancing can become a concern shortly before the game reaches the 1.0 release status. I say this because the recent attempts to balance the game seem to be alienating the higher level players who've been around for a little while.
