Heh, I remember watching a few ingame play vids with some chars buffing up for a couple of minutes or more, it's when I said NO THX to the game. Well, it really didn't look all that different than what's already offered on the market.

While the announcement of the existence and development of the game was made on 10/12/07 (October 12th), as of today we have not yet announced the official launch date of the game itself. We assure you that the game is on track, on schedule, and heading your way. Keep checking back on www.playrohan.com for the latest news. Once a launch date is confirmed, it will be announced first on that site (which will be revised in the coming weeks).

Rohan Online is lame, why? Very harsh PvP restrictions. Its things like this that people dont mention.
Killed in cold blood by another player? Your killers will appear on your Hit List for easy reference. Teleport to them instantly(alone or with your friends) for a shot at bloody revenge! Automatically keep track of your last 50 killers and victims as well, and see when they are online to receive a taste of your blade.
Close beta will start on 17 March.
That is one of the things I love about the game. If the system works well it will allow for PvP without constant PKing going on. There is a very big consequence for killing another player. It takes balls. Good times.

Is the "Rohan" Tolkien IP not protected somehow??
Could you provide more infor about the game? i reaaly dont know what you mean.
For those of you Point & Click haters, our version will exclusively have the WASD function as well as some other unique features, that's why they renamed it "Rohan : Blood Feud", it's not just a simple port.
The name dosen't have anything to do with Tolkien's books. It stands for Renaissance of Human And Nature (R.O.H.A.N.)

Thanks for clearing that up. The OP didn't type the name as an acronym, makes sense now.
Even if it wasn't an acronym it doesn't belong to Tolkein. He didn't create the word, he just used it.

So apparently you can only PK someone every 3 hours? That's what I read on the forums anyway. Does anyone have any information on this game or is it just another Asian MMORPG that plays exactly like the others?
