So you want a game that is completely free? Do you mind in-game advertising? Acclaim has a couple like that.
You could also try Shadowbane or Anarchy Online. In general, there has to be some kind of profit for a game to be made... You could try Yahoo Games, I am not sure maybe Puzzle Pirates...

Such an impossible request. There is nothing in life that is free. (except air maybe) You must pay for it somehow. No one creates a game so that you can play it for free, they need to make money somehow. So you either pay for it with monthly subs, or cash shops, or, they get advertisers to foot the bill like on the TV. I suppose some folks can suggest some totally free games, but I wouldn't expect much in the terms of quality.
As boomer said, I think shadowbane is my best bet.
