do any of you people who troll the off-topic section even play MMOG or like them? And when i mean "people who troll the off-topic section" i only mean a small minority who love to cause religous and political debates tha accomplishes nothing, you "people" who i rarely even see post outside the off-topic section .... do you like or play MMOGs. And no the MMORPG.com forums does not fall under the category of MMORPG.

Although I am not a troll, I do play MMORPG's. As of right now I am playing Mabinogi.
I used to be addicted to StarWars Galaxies and now it seems like its an entirely different game. I play online checkers sometimes now just in windows? I guess thats a mini multiplayer online game? :P
I play MMOs, it's just that what's on the market right now sucks horribly.
Now with 57.3% more flames!

I typically don't have enough time to actively play my p2p (FFXI), so I end up just playing Halo 1 or some freebie. I have a bunch downloaded just in case I feel like them.. Mabinogi, Orka, Trickster, Dofus, Shadowbane, Ragnarok.
God.. I need it to be summer again, need my mmo fix. Anyway.. if I'm not on here, I'll be playing ps2 or something.. I have a 360 (worst gift ever.. I hate every single game ever made for that crap heap) but I only play AC4 on it..
I try to. I only have a little time to play each day lately though.
I do spend a lot of time when I should be working checking forums.
Why do you ask? Are you concerned about something? Or do we threaten you in some way?

SWG....server Naritus ELDER JEDI and crafter..tho that game is dead I still sign on to see who left this week.

bump, im guessing the other people didnt see the thread to reply, or just dont feel like answering the question (guilty much?). Anyways everyone who has posted so far are obvious gamers, since they dont reply in off-topic as often as others, and they usually arent the ones in the religous and political debates ... my hats are off to you people who have replied thus far.

I've been playing Eve off an on for years. I am really waiting for Fallen Earth and AoC to come out. My off-topic posting has increased greatly because of the lull in games.

Not loving Raiding/RvR/PvP doesn't equate to not loving MMOs!
As far as I can tell, only 1 MMO is true to Grouping in PvE, and this is CoX.

Currently, no I'm not playing any MMO's. Just cancelled my CoX after almost 4 years. And I cancelled my EQII account last year for non-use.
My gaming machine died, and I'm not in a big hurry to replace it.
But I've been coming here for quite some time, and feel no need to stop just because I'm not posting in what you feel are the appropriate threads.

Do I count as troll? I don't think so, I rarely participate in the religious debates, lack of understanding and information is usually the reasons. But even if I do not count I will still post what I'm playing, and that is currently Guild Wars.

Nope, because I know I like them. I know that if one came out that was fun I could get back into them again. It's just that the latest lot of games has been horrid. I'm looking forward to Warhammer Online. I have a feeling it's going to get me going again. I loved DAoC. Still do from time to time. I just can't ever seem to win a 1 on 1 in that game so I get frustrated. lol. Not Mythics fault, it's all mine. I want to be good, I'm just not.

I like RvR though. Raiding I can't stand. It just seems like a cluster f*ck to me. PvP, I like sometimes, if done right. Open PvP I can't stand.Adventuring I LOVE!!!!

I would guess that I maybe one of the people that he is referring to. Since I actively am involved in numerous topic starting and debating.
I have played or beta tested 35 MMO games. I currently p2p two games and have 2 f2p that I don't really play much.
I play World of Warcraft (level 70 rogue), Lord of the rings online (level 44 Captain) and have Hellgate London and Mythos on my PC.
I generally migrate between games and have in the past 6 months or so played WoW, LOTRO, EQ2, Vanguard, and DDO.
I don't ever post on this forum from home. I use it as a fun thing to do in my downtime at work.
Currently playing:
LOTRO & WoW (not much WoW though because Mines of Moria rocks!!!!)
Looking Foward too:
Bioware games (Dragon Age & Star Wars The Old Republic)
