Shayia. Interseting concepts. I like the different lvling modes. You can even play around with perma death. Now dont get scared yet, its a lvling option. Just read more.

Looks like an L2 clone, but a good one.

    I'll check it out.

Looks pretty cool i will check it out.  I see there is difficulty levels, that looks interesting and also at least some character customization. I wonder if this will be f2p or p2p?

Well I finished downloading and got to lvl 5. So far this game seems great im having fun. There is a bit of customization and that is nice not everybody looks the same. My character looks similar to marylin manson though so that kind of sucks but oh well. I also dont have the best comp and this game is runnning smoothly with minimum lag. I will update once I play into this more but so far great game try it!

Dont go to the light side. Bunch of AoE'ers on that side that dont give a cap if your trying to do a quest. they will go after your mobs. Also had to turn the chat off....try it and you will see.

ROFL! A game that requires you to make 3 characters thru to get to end game, and the last char if dies, and can't be rezzed withing 3 minutes, becomes perma-deathed, there go all your time, and hard work..as the EXP sucks tootie!!!

So, be prepared to have a rezzer in tow, or willing to spend 5 bucks+ a rez stone from the items mall to ensure your hard work isn't wasted due to some retard, lag, or just plain stupidity on your part....

Enjoy the mass invite for bots/powerleveling companies/and the gold farmers this game is going to need to make it worth a diddly...

    Ciao!

I've actually played this game many times already...and can attest that it is above and beyond my expectations of a F2P.  Very well done so far, plenty of quests and the classes work rather well.  I never felt bored through the early levels...and the PvP zones earned me another level.  I really enjoyed it.  I also thought that they did a very nice job on the flora in the game...very nice looking areas decorated with flowers and plants to liven the zone.

Some good story here and there too.

Fluid combat, large skill choices (From what I've seen through the early levels at least) and the many difficulty options add more flavor to it as well.

I'd recommend anyone try this game, I do not play it often right now (I only play with my wife and she hasn't been on it in a bit) but it was well worth my download and still sits on my PC because I know I can log in and have fun whenever I get back around to it.  Not many F2P's earn that right either....of all the ones I've played only DOMO, Dungeon Runners, Shaiya, and Flyff remain on my hard drive.  That may sound like a lot, but I've played well over 10 times that amount.

Typical Korean grind appealing to teenagers with its trite graphics.

    No thanks.

    No thanks.

Honestly, every MMO I've ever played would fall under what you types call "Korean Grind".  That includes WoW, and ESPECIALLY Everquest.  To be very honest, this game felt like very little grind at all to me...and I've played more MMO's than some of you have years of life.

Now Twelve Sky.....that game had nothing BUT grind.  Lineage....GRIND.  I won't even bother getting started on the many others.  Realistically...its not about the lack of a grind (which ALL MMO's have by purest definition) but how distracted from the grind you are by the gameplay.  I found this game distracted me well...as did DOMO (Purely because of how nice the cross-classing was....you spent way more time thinking about what you were gonna add to your character next.).

I'd be more than happy to discuss this with you on a reasonable level, however.  Just issuing the statement "Its a grind, blah blah blah" really isn't gonna cut it, though, when this entire genre lives by the grind.

I agree with gish, if your not prepared to grind in an mmorpg then there is a very, very limited amount of mmorpg's that would would be open to you. i have not yet played this game although i am getting interested the more i read about it and will download it today. a question for you gish, what lvl are u in this game and if you got to the mode's are many people going ultimate? thanks in advance

    peace devoux
