I've been considering trying Cabal for some time now, and I read the earlier post by the guy who didn't like the game, but I was hoping to get a more objective opinion about the games current state.

Episode 2 is out, I think everyone are still testing new stuff.
IN MY OPINION -> The game is fun, the best free to play game I've ever played.
The only real "grinding" is skill grinding. You need a high skill-rank for everything, which is boring and time consuming, but I think it's worth it.
Flashy skills, group dungeons,nation wars, war channel etc.
This game is good for both PvE and PvP players.
Classes are fairly balanced, some might say otherwise, but that's just because they're used to be ower-powered.
I think you should try the game instead of having people tell you about it.
Get to lvl 50+ and Expert rank or higher, that's when the "fun" starts.

Be aware of the helper t quests, some of them take a very long time to do. So try to find simular quests with the same mob. Also in general find all the quests with one type of mob, such as kill x number of monsters, and find x number of items off the same monster type, this will help you get quests done faster and lvl faster. also be aware there are some run and talk quests that kind of annoying, expect to finish a quest, and be transported out, and then you have to go back in and talk to the same person.
