3. SWG (dispite all its faults, its been a very addiciting game. I hate to say i love this game, but considering ive grinded out 2 jedi accounts i must love it... taking i break until JTL tho)

As of right now...
1. DAoC - because I'm about to play the free trial. And there's nothing like playing a MMORPG for the first time ever. Hey, who does not like FREE?
2. EVE Online. I just started playing it. IMHO it is a nitch MMORPG. You are your ship. But it has sooo many positives that easily outweight any negatives. I'm still astounded by how realistic the movement of the ships in it are.
3. AO - Has the best ever PvP because it is PvP done right. It also has the most playstyle choices out of any MMORPG. And every playstyle choice is done right AND works right. PvP, PvM, RPing, GvG.
3b. SWG. The current problem with it is that LucasArts has too much control. LA is promoting it with false advertising that goes against what the game intended. As if it is another "Jedi Outcast", or "Knights of the Old Republic". LA already has 2 extreemly successful Jedi games. Why are they trying to push SWG off as another Jedi game?!?
But still SWG does have tons of unique features no other MMORPG tried, or has. Or if they do have them, SWG built on them even more. Sooo many different ways of playing, different professions, planets, and far more. PvP could be the best ever out of all MMORPGs, but it has yet to be done right because there is no concrete reason to PvP. It has tons of playstyle choices BUT the DEVs need to concentrate on further tweaking them... BEFORE introducing Jedi. BEFORE pushing the Space Expansion.

My List Would be.....
Anarchy Online (Great game, great community, level grind comes late, but very loot based)
Final Fantasy Online (great graphics, anf fun to play, but high lack of content, diversity and level grind just hurts in this game)
Legend of the red dragon (Classic "doors" game for old BBS's... It rock, and had the lamest PvP but was fun...Nothing like logging onto a game to find out someone killed you in your sleep and you'd have to wait 24hours to spawn )
FFXI lack of depth? wow that is strange..and funny to see someone say that. The 1 thing i loved about FFXI is that there was so much to do....but i do agree post 50 the lvl grind becomes torture.
And too many games to mention fighting for third place. In fact the best MMORPG would be one that combined the best features from the two games above, plus the tradeskills of SWG, the quest cut-scenes from FFXI, the trading system from EVE Online, and bits and bytes from some other games. But I guess we will never find a perfect game, and always keep on searching.
