Level Restriction on Mounts?

in Age of Conan: Unchained

Hi guys,

Just wondering, I see if you pre-order you get a War Mammoth. So does this mean you can use this mount or any mount for that matter at  any lvl? I would prefer a level restriction as I like earning stuff like this in games. Thanks!

    I think all mounts are at lvl 40. Cause the devs don't think we are responsible enouph to handle a mount b4 then...ya know...kinda like a drinking age. They just don't want any mammoth accidents...=P

    I'm pretty sure that the requirement to use a mount is level 40 but I'm not 100% sure on that.

    lvl 40 is the requirement for a horse, no word on restrictions for limited edition mounts, I assume it'll be lvl 40 req as well.

       The pre-order mounts are for battlekeep sieges but there are the others(horse, camal and --Mammoth/Rhino-different stats/size than preorder ones) are for normal travel.   I'm not sure but it seems to be the info. going around atm. 

     I doubt that anyone will be riding anything until, or atleast close to them, leaving the Toratge area. 

     

    Edit- Well there you go lvl 40.
