    Ofc if u do an attack that's not part of the chain combo it will desactivate... but i mean that if u wana trigger a combo u can do it by clicking the combo icon, thus it shows on the screen the buttons u need, or u can just click these buttons in order without clicking the combo icon, and it will trigger the combo. That's how i see it anyway . Not sure if someone can clarify or not...

    Will I be able to use the 360 controller on the PC version and play it as if it is like the 360 version like pulling off combos.

    yes you can use the 360 controller, its defaults and how it will work are still unknown. Just that it will be supported for the PC version.
