Where i can get faster download? 
updater is downloading at 13.5K/sec...and my speed is waaay higher any solution?

Stop it and restart it. Works sometimes, but theres no guaranteed way to speed it up and no other ways to download it.
150 hours is quite a lot...

You have to understand that you are downloading a program that is about 3 gig. (someone might know the actual size, but its not small.) Its also a known thing that the CoX update server is pretty pathetic.
so this is the only way to download patches...having the same problem right now...by the time i finish downloading this stuff im not gunna want to play anymore
Once the original patch is downloaded you don't really have much to worry about. Maintenance patchs usually download pretty quick and content patches (Issues) are set up to download the majority of the art work for the patch on a predownload. The Issue predownload will start up a few weeks before the issue goes live and will happen when you log off.
