GuildWars... hmmm.... beautiful game, good storyline.... not too fond of the community. It's really miserable that people will destroy a game by their interaction with other players. Mmorpgs are supposed to promote player interaction and bring complete strangers from all across the world together as allies. It's an awesome idea, well worth supporting, but as always there are people who negate the benifits of a good idea with their selfishness and ignorance. But I guess that's just the way things are, enough crying from my corner.
I'm not playing any MMORPG's at the moment, I think I might be a bit burned out on them. I'm not really sure if I should be happy or sad about it, haha!
The only game I'm playing right now is Team Fortress 2 though.
On the moon, nerds have their pants pulled down and they are spanked with moon rocks!
Wow I'm happy to see all the responses I have tried many of the games you all said and or recommended but I guess I'm really picky because they seem to all dissatisfy me I'm currently playing hellgate: london with my brother and a friend hoping to get more friends to but it and play with me but the game is already starting to bore me with its repetitive gameplay. Geez im still completly lost on what I want to try I really don't like wow and like I said I might give eve another go. well we will see what happens post some more and maybe hope will prevail. =]
There are too many point and click mmorpgs nowadays... I've been playing almost every free/p2p mmorpg on the market, and sure, I played WoW/GW for awhile, they were okay, but point and click, endless grind and cash shops are really starting to get the best out of the whole community, I await the new titles coming, especially Darkfall, it might be my last hope.
I'm playing Guild Wars, and having lots of fun. I'm currently doing mostly PvP, but also enjoying the PvE aspects as well as the theory crafting. One of the best things too is that it got no monthly fee, once you've bought the game you can play how much you want to without having to pay. Very good game considering the lack of monthly fee, I would say that some other games that got monthly fee aren't even close to the quality of Guild Wars.
Been playing EQ2 the last couple of years, and still enjoying myself in that game. Lately I have also picked up EvE again, and enjoying that one too (although atm it cannot replace eq2 for me, its just a secondary game for me).

Ah I have bought this game but there are so many expansions to keep buying to get all the content which makes me not want to play the game because I don't have the money to keep buying all these expansions an then I get all bitchy because I don't have all the content. =]
EQ2 - Terrible Development team that bit off more than they can chew with 24 classes. Don't get into it much because you will be angry and sad after every patch.
WoW - Solid but you need to be uber to raid/endgame.
LoTRO - Terrible x 2, no endgame, no fun, frustrating lockout timers. If you want to play a game and beat it in 2 hours then bust out your Super Nintendo.
Dofus - Bleh but free.
Fury - What is Fury?
EVE - Cool I guess. Never got the hype. Interesting for a few hours.
Fiesta Online - Actually pretty fun but gets old after 1-2 months.
Also played a few other Korean grind till your eyes bleed games but I can't remember names.
Rohan - looks and sort of feels like the average grindfest 90% of the free MMOs are right now. But that isn't entirely true because there are quite a number of quests to do at any given time. You will still grind a bit but probably for only about 20% of a level, which isn't bad. It also encourages grinding by giving exp bonuses when X number of kills are reached (kinda like how it is in Tabula Rasa). I like it so far, and the combat is pretty fast paced which keeps my attention.
Rubies of Eventide - VERY in depth character development. There are over 100 classes to build for. When starting, you choose your race, class, and secondary class. This means you could be a summoner and healer if you wanted, along with TONS of other combinations. The game's graphics suck, but it doesnt ruin the game. Combat is pretty unique to me, its instanced. For example: When you right click, attack, an enemy itll go into a sort of "instance". Thats all there really is to say about that. One of the pros is that no one will be stealing your kill, which I like. The combat does feel slow and there is a pretty large learning curve. Leveling is also slow, however there are an abundance of quests. Currently no one knows the level cap and the highest level on my server is a level 70 something. Very in depth game that requires more thinking than most games. Best part about it is there are no immature people (real small community).

In the last year or so I have played:
EQ1 - Good but old.
