Once the law is fully explored and quantified it may be seen as more important in its impact and implications than Newton's Laws or Maxwell's Equations. This is a useful approximation to a multi-term expression. “C” includes communication, curriculum, culture and collaboration. An entire field equivalent to chemistry can be constructed based on coming to a complete understanding of this equation. Engineering possibilities are endless.
Self-interacting information is one of the few entities where n could be greater than 1. The exponent is not limited to n=1 as it would be if the entity interacted not with itself but with a gain medium. There the additional constraint of gain medium saturation would also eventually clamp the growth to a limit. For information n may be greater than 1. This can lead to an explosive singularity, a Teilhard de Chardin Omega Point. But n may be less than one leading to an asymptotic looking, but nonetheless monotonically increasing, growth pattern. In either event more than a handwaving invocation of "exponential growth" is called for. A much closer look could be profoundly rewarding.
The law can be applied to individuals, projects, or to the earth taken as a system. Quantization and optimization of C and n could be a fruitful research area for DARPA or foundations.
The key breakthrough will be an effective quantitative definition of "I" which can be either Information or Intelligence, steps along the hierarchical contextual path from:
pattern->information->intelligence->consciousness.
Law of Logarithmic Perception and Apperception
Humans apply a logarithmic scaling not only in physiology (light, sound) but also in psychology (distance, wealth, population, casualties, time, etc).
Law of Pedagogy (Equivalent to Hippocratic Oath)
Do not conceal more than you reveal. Transmission of half-grasped ideas through sloppy language often ends up creating more confusion and false knowledge than illumination, and may produce a debilitating form of tunnel vision. Most physical science students are led along a narrow tightrope through the course material, never realizing how small a deviation from that oversimplified path can lead to profoundly difficult problems.
Language and teaching tools are often the source of difficulties. It's hard to transmit the experience of the earth rotating when words like sunrise and sunset, moonrise and moonset are so deeply imprinted and even a planetarium visit has the observer locked in god-like fixity while the skies rotate.
Another example is the ROYGBIV spectrum and its synthesis from RGB or CYM primaries leaves untouched the whole world of color seen in nature with its predominant browns and olive greens arising from "strange" admixtures of primaries which make no sense in terms of synthesizing the solar spectrum. Nor is the physiological/psychological component touched on, as for instance how orange can be seen as brown in some circumstance depending on the field of color surrounding it.
Laws of the Epistemology of the Occult
1. "The Occult" is the right name for this living, interactive, playful, and somewhat shy aspect of the universe whose behavior is inherently offensive to those skilled in and attached to the scientific method

3. As a consequence replication of experiments is an inappropriate tool which simply won't work
4. Symmetry statements similar in structure to those which are the core language of physics do apply
5. But those statements relate to the attraction/repulsion of similar patterns or meanings rather than particles. This can be at the coarse level of a cosmic pun, or something far more meaning-full like the Star of Bethlehem. A Jungian acausal connecting principal is at play. Correlation does not imply causality. A lack of causality does not negate connection
6. The belief state of the participant strongly influences the outcome because it is a living interactive system. This behavior, which is not just self delusion or self fulfilling prophecy, is what most repels and most confuses skeptical physical scientists.
7. The emotionally disturbed and intellectually challenged that flock to it are its best camouflage

I find everything he states correct Nasica. Even in binary its completely true. We differ here I think. I have been analyzing aspects of the laws. Example:
0101110 1001010 0100010 1110101 were represented as potentials of a moment. Then the highest or lowest potential would be seen in the pattern by the value of space,time,mass. In the first set you have 0101110, in the last set you have 1110101 the correlation of the two or spike is significant.
logarithmic coding in binary alone creates some exponentially varied and dynamic patterns. Then again binary is just one source or moment of which there are many in different reaches. So bringing or correlating them into a single structure is significant.
As to my own theorem that the universe is a binary universe/multiverse of binary components the laws are completely substantiated.

As to a binary universes let me explain. First, everything that exists consists of binary. Any change, action, reaction is nothing more than binary adding or subtracting from its current set to form the new current . Overall there is no set pattern. But small patterns can be visualized by repeated exchanges of binary.
There is no loss or gain of the value. Just set to a different location. By this action it changes the structure of what we see physically. This is shown both universally and physically. The current earth cycles(Weather,natural, and phenomena) can be explained in this way.
Life exists thru a binary program. Each of us are made of subsets and sets of binary coding. Each different even in a small way. In contemporary science it is explained as DNA/RNA. Which is just the beginning of our own coding and understanding. This only explains what is physical or what is seen.
Our consciousness is even set of binary. Adding or subtracting to create our thoughts, emotions and function.Through the use of binary and our attempts of harnessing it we create.
The rules and laws of one facet in binary is only what is already there. To simplify take here a MMORPG for example. It has structure the characters(what exists in game) follow the rules that binary has programmed(rule of life/existence). The rules can be broken or changed. This is shown in a mmorpg as a bug or exploit. In what we call real life this is known as phenomena. In the universe this is the adding or subtracting of binary.
In our life we are just one facet of binary. My belief is there are many facets. I also believe that sometimes the facets inter-mingle. When this happens it changes our universe and rules at that moment.
Binary in a view could be explained as energy. It is constant, cannot be destroyed nor created. It does change. As to Space, Time, Mass, it is what connects.
I think Dr.Hart is on to something. Merlin in my view is nothing more than showing the patterns made by binary coding. I do believe Dr.Hart should hook up with the Princeton research group who is working on Universal Consciousness. I believe something profound and awakening could be accomplished by this.
I am glad science is on the verge of breaking this code. Many of our current cures and advances created have been made thru binary. Even that computer is such a device. In this century my belief is we will unravel and have a better understanding of what and how binary functions.
The amazing part of this is those who created knew before the creation it would happen. To world events. How many people in the U.S knew we would go back to Iraq.? Often I watch our news just to get a idea of events to come. If you watch the news you here much negativity concerning Iran. Programming? Prepping our people for the eventual outcome in the near future?
That is a example of psychological programming or creation. I believe that everyone is capable of creation in his or her own life by binary. The code is already there.
I could go on for hours on this subject matter. But now you know a little about my binary theorem and why I believe its the key to life.
