I would have to agree with the other posters here that Darth Vader would kick Spidey's arse. Hell any Jedi/Sith would give spiderman a pretty good pasting.

unless we are talking about that Cosmic Spidey. Can't remember the exact name but he was supposed to be one of the most powerful superheroes in the whole univerise with those extra powers.

But hell, even without the cosmic powers, he could defeat Darth easily, as Spidey has one awesome secret weapon: Mary Jane Watson ( the comic version, not the watered down lameness portrayed by Kirsten Dunst ).
Couple swishes of that bountiful gluteous-maximus, a sultry wink, and a slutty "Hello, Tiger." would bring Darth to his knees in submission. Spidey could just kill him with a frying pan, then.

People who have to create conspiracy and hate threads to further a cause lacks in intellectual comprehension of diversity.
The question is to obvious to even ask, yet I answer; Darth Vader. However much you can shoot nice things from your hands you still don't have much to stop force push, pull or choke and a light saber could easily cut off the spider net.
