Hello all!
I started the 14 day trial yesterday after not playing SWG for 2 years! I started way back in 2003 when the game first launched and was a master weaponsmith and armorsmith. However, upon my return I was asked to choose a profession, so I went for trader - munitions and it reset my level to 1! This seems a little harsh to say I was master when I left! Is this meant to happen?
Also, I can't seem to post on the official forums. Is this because I don't have a paid account at the moment? I have a lot of questions so it's quite frustrating not being able to ask them on there!
I hope someone can help, thanks.

The level 1 thing is due to the change they made to XP for crafting professions after the NGE. Not to worry though, if you file a ticket and explain that you had dual master crafting professions pre-nge and this is your first time logging in since then they'll check the logs to confirm and then bump you up to a level 90 crafter. There is category on the ticket page dedicated just for this.
While on a trial account (either veteran or the new player 14 day trial) you can't post on the forums. If you activate your account you'll get full posting abilities again.
it's a known bug that hasn't been fixed (go figure). Just file a ticket and they should bump you to 90. If not, just keep filing tickets until you get a GM who knows what he's doing.......note: that might take awhile. another note: CSRs are now called GMs.
Cool guys thanks, I have just filed a ticket so I will let you know how I get on!
Wow done already - level 90 munitions trader!
Yep tickets are answered pretty quick now , must be the TOTAL lack of players me thinks :P
You'll find that support has improved these recent months - I myself usually get tickets that i dispatch answered within 2 hours.
Account has been stolen, why would someone want to steal my account?
Another question...
If I changed my Master Munitions to a combat class - say BH or Jedi, will I still be a level 90 Master Munitions when I changed back?
Yes, you will.
Great thanks, i'll still be a little scared pressing the button the change though!
I heard I can change somewhere in Theed or Mos Eisely, is that correct? I have a respec thing in my inventory, should I just use that?
It's best to use the kit you have in your inventory. The NPC's in Theed, Mos Eisley and Coronet will give you one respec for free but after that it starts to cost credits.
