First off, how will the subsciption buisness go for xbox360 users go? Will it be the full 15 dollars? or will they let us by because we pay for xbox live?

You'll probably have to pay for a sub... but I'm sure AoC 360 will NOT require Xbox live gold... just like FFXI for 360, you can play it with Xbox silver (which is free), but you need to pay a sub.
Yes you will be paying sub even if you are a gold member because gold membership money is for microsoft and your sub money is for funcom and its publisher. But you wont need gold member and still would be able to play AoC with the silver membership which is free. Just like Final Fantasy 11.
But dont worry about that now since 360 version will not be out for a very long time.
