just use a 360 controller on the pc and it will be the same...
PC, because you can use Mods =P, duh.
Comparing the game out of the box. 360 will win hands down the nice graphics award. with the inclusion of third party tools though (Windower, drawdistance, some minor registry editing) PC wins hands down in best looking. if your looking for playability i would say PC because if you hook it up to your TV and get a controller it will play like 360. It is all a matter of preference though.

Lol sorry I didn't put Ps2 on there because it wasn't an option for me. I didn't want to pay for the harddrive and the game. Plus i got the 360 version of the game brand new really cheap

The PC is a better setup because the game loses a lot of frame rates a lot of times during zoning and other graphical scenes.
I like the graphical update for the game on the 360 but seriously it isn't that great enough to change over to the PC version.
The bad part about using the xbox360 is where if you played on the PS2 or the PC you could swap back and forth no problem. Say today you wanted to play on your computer well then you could and if you wanted to swap back to the PS2 version like I did.
The Xbox360 uses your xbox live account so you're stuck on the 360.
Other than a few little things that barely get in the way it's great.
