Here it is plain and simple.
Pay 19 GBP and get a standard version of the game and a special mount, or pay 59 GBP for the collector's edition and get a cape, ring and NO MOUNT!!!!

Well from play.co.uk, the normal game edition comes with a rhino mount.
Your prices must be kinda screwed then because in Holland I pay 40-50 euro (depends on the shop) for the standard edition and 60 euro for the CE-edition. So the difference isn't that big actually. And the CE-edition gets you the mount + extras (I phoned Customer Service).
EDIT: I forgot to mention that the mount is a pre-order bonus.
Well, I can only tell you about my Pre-Order, which is at Gamestop.com. The Mount is a Pre-Order Bonus item. You get it for pre-ordering CE or Standard Edition. The bonus items of the Collectors Edition have nothing to do with that. Different sites have different Pre-Order bonuses. I'll find you a list of the different shops and their pre-order bonuses as they are supposed to be.
Edit: Hmm. I just checked out Game.co.uk, and indeed, it seems that particular store only offers the Pre-Order Mount with the Standard edition. Weird, since the other Pre-order shops seem to be handling it differently.

Mounts are just for Siege PvP zones i think no? so you wont be able to use them anywhere else as far as i know so no big deal.
You may want to look elsewhere for your pre-order. I know, at least in the US, that most places I see that are taking pre-orders are offering the mount on both version of the game.

The mount is a normal mount like you would get in game, so you can use it anywhere. Think of it as your lvl 40 mount in WoW, but cooler.

Once upon a time I used to always buy the CE versions of games. However, I find it a tad hard to justify an extra $40.00 for what comes with the CE.
That's from my perspective is the bad side of the CE.
Then again I remember when games used to come with fluff items in the only version. Anybody that has been gaming for quite a while... LIke back when Starsider (old infocom game) came in a flying saucer?
The old ultima games that came with leather bound manuals etc in a normal edition.
oh well I was so spoiled back then.
