I've got Intel P4 3000Ghz(2CPUs), 3Gb RAM and the BIG problem is with video card, i have a ATI RADEON 9600 pro 256/128, can by any chance to run the game with verry low detail?
Can you recommand me a video card that can i run the game at medium?

your cpu and ram are fine ..but that video card will have to go... its way too old to be able to play this game. If it miraculously even runs, you will probably be playing a slide show. spend $150 on a descent video card...youll be happy you did.

does your board support pci.e?
I am pretty sure it does though,what sort of cash do you have,If you have the cash buy a 8800gt card and you are good to go.
When asking advice on upgrades it is always best to give as much info as you can,your psu,what cards it supports are all usefull here,basically as much as you know.

If your board supports any PCI express then i would highly recommend the new 9600 GT cards, they are way cheaper than the 8800's and i haven't had a single issue with it on vista 64 with 8 gigs of ram on my 6400
benchmarks are awesome plus i can anything i can throw at it including crysis on very high even at high resolutions...
If you can run LOTRO you can run AOC - easily.
