do u think ill be able to role play on a server thats not role play like i want to play on a pvpish server that i can attack whoever i want

There's no free for all type pvp...*is guessing thats what your asking* You can RP where ever you want..though the RP servers will probably be more accepting...as for killing who ever you want there is an open pvp server but it just means there's no safe pve areas...you are still bound to the order vs destruction constraints.

A human and an Elf get captured by Skaven. The rat-men are getting ready to shoot the first hostage with Dwarf-made guns when he yells, "Earthquake!" The naturally nervous Skaven run and hide from the imaginary threat. He escapes. The Skaven regroup and bring out the Elf. Being very smart, the Elf has figured out what to do. When the Skaven get ready to shoot, the Elf, in order to scare them, yells, "Fire!"

I just don't see this not happening to be honest. You're probably better off saving yourself the trouble and going to a RP server straight away
