POLL: Further into my quest...

Into my quest for the PERFECT MMORPG fix, I have narrowed down my searches to 2 games on these terms, from greatest wants to least (I want a game where the quests are fun. I want a game with awesome places to explore. I want a game with exciting combat. I want a game where I can choose to PVE one day and PVP another day if I want to. I want a game with dungeons to crawl around in and solve forgotten mysteries. I want a game with good graphics. I want a game with unique towns to explore. I want a game with adventure. I want a game with customization. I want a game with a big or close playerbase.), all coming down to DAoC or AC2. I chose the fantasy theme because in my taste I think it presents a greater sense of adventure. Now pick based on best graphics, quest quality presented, and combat.

MMORPGs played history in chronological order: Nexus, The 4th Coming, EQ(velious exp), AO(release), DAoC(release), AC2(beta), NC(beta, release), EnB(release), EVE(beta), PS(beta, release), SWG(release), FFXI(release), L2(beta), GW(alpha), CoH(release)

Eve Online.  I voted for DaoC though because it is better then AC2 in my opinion.

and the reason i did not choose eve, although it is the second best space game ever, is because all of space looks the same but oh wait we have green space clouds in one system and then theres blue space clouds in another. I dont think you read the post, I wanna explore, basically I want a good adventure like the one I had in EQ. I dont wanna play EQ because the graphics are bad and the combat animations are stale.

You played both games according to your list...

So you know the quest systems of both games and roughly what there is to explore. You know the cities and the PvE, PvP aspects of both.

AC2 has Good graphics, Small player base(maybe close due to size) and monthly update.
DAoC has big playerbase compared to AC2 but older graphics and more time to develop.

I think you got more enough info to decide on what you want more but if your still unsure both have free trials AC2 - DAoC.

You mite wana check out old AC1 in future it be getting an graphical update and as an old mmorpg with time to develop it then maybe fit your wishes.
