Looking for an mmo.. a little picky

Hi.Ive played my fair share of mmo's over the yrs(P2P and free)and i was wondering if anyone can reccomend a mmo to me.There are a few things im looking for and i hope it's not being to picky...lol...k well what im looking for is:
1.) free.. or just P2P without buying the game
2.) cashshop is not a problem.. as long as they dont sell stat points or over powered items for pvp
3.)good community with as little hacking as possible
4.)pvp with fun balanced classes. I.e no super pwerful classes that kills everyone in 1-2 hits
5.)i could careless how grindy it is.. just nothing like maplestory >.<
6.)and lastly look half decent.. i dont me godly looks.. but nothing like runescape..heh
Anyone is welcome to leave suggestions

every you want is there except 4) overpowered one class - i've played this game for a year and the overpowered class has changed several times at this present time Mages are the most powerful class but they have to be lvl 90 or they are still kinda weak
