Actionbar Locking?

I have posted numerous threads on different forums and a FC rep/dev is yet to comment on this.

 

Myself and like 10000 other testers atm have a big question...

Was locking the UI bars left out intentionally (seams a horrible way to have people test the pvp in your game if so)?

Or was it forgotten? :P

And dont start with the - you should learn to key bind crap - bc this is a question regarding AoC's UI not player's playstyles

    no answers huh? looks like its true, there is no way to lock the UI ... this makes me a sad panda
