Why don't these games work?

Having been away from the MMO-scene for over a year, I returned to hear great things from several free-to-play games.

So with great excitement, I decided to register and download the client for each.  These particular games include the likes of Bamingo (or however it is spelt), 9Dragons, and Maplestory, to name but a few.  I also noticed that RF Online was now free so tried to download that client as well.

After downloading, I could not get any of them to work.

Now I come from UK and was wondering if the reason is because that they are not supported in the Europe area.  Can someone please advise me on this?

    i got them to work. but really there not worth playing to be honest. it might just be me but i cant say on them for long i get bored or there just no point lol.

    A few weeks ago RF Online had IP Blocking applied to it, meaning users outside of specific countries aren't allowed access. I'm not sure if the UK is on the allowed list or not. South Africa isn't blocked though...

    To be honest it's not worth your while anyway. Apparently Sword of the New World is quite fun, have you tried that?

    It's probably your computer system setup
