The loading screens from the PvP weekend, are they real loading screens? Or are they a placement for the ghosting in say WoW? Do you basically res quicker with a better machine?
Why is the beta NDA still in place? I understand the management of PR but given that most people are concerned with the actual ability for the game to just run rather than playability why keep the Beta NDA in place?
As it stands currently the only bad PR they are getting is from other games fanbois (unavoidable) and those that question why we are not allowed to be informed about a product from our peers rather than the hype (this can be stemmed to a degree at least). This isn't about the open beta, I understand and agree with the 13 level thing, its just I see no reason why they would want bad PR.

1) The loading screens could be placeholders, or they could be the actual ones. Who knows really as it's still in beta...
2) The NDA has been lifted for the PVP weekend, so any information relating to that can be talked about. The NDA for the general beta testers is still in place however. I imagine thats because they still have some important testing to do, so until thats done the NDA won't be lifted. My estimate is that a day or 2 after the Open Beta starts on the 1st of May we will see the whole NDA lifted.
