I haven't really thought about that much, but the more I think about it I think I would like to have at least one character that is overweight!
It would be nice to have that much customization, but as far as I could tell through the beta, it was limited. You could make them chubby, but they still retained a similar physical form, such as the width can't really be made too much of a difference and you are limited to how much of a pot-belly you give them. Plus, when you did give them a pot belly, they would still have their abs, which is kind of weird... just makes your male character in the game look like it's carrying a 3 month old fetus in his imaginary uterus.
