Preorder access codes - when?

Hey guys and gals, I was wondering when the folks who preordered will get their access codes shipped to them.

Sorry I don't have an answer for you but I also had a question about pre-ordering. The game is going to be released on May 20th...Now if you pre-order from a store you have to wait til the store opens to go pick it up. But if you pre-order a digital download will you be able to download the game before midnight on May 19th? or will you have to wait until midnight to start downloading? which will for some people take into the day of the 20th. Also if you are running Open Beta when it opens do you already have the client and then just need to download a sort of update on the 20th?
If you preorder you get to start downloading earlier than that. The game starts the 17th for people who preorder.
To the OP:
The Pre-Order Codes will arrive in time for you to start downloading your game. That would be 14th latest, I suppose though it will be a few days, maybe even a week before that.
To the Second Poster:
As I stated above, those with Pre-Orders (at least those with the bonus), will be able to download the game come May 14th and start playing May 17th. As for the Midnight, morning thing, I would actually think that that will depend on FC themselves. I can see them allowing start of play at clock-stroke midnight , but nothing official has been said to that effect yet.

Correct, I had 2 Pre Orders on Amazon and I received my codes last week by email.
From out of the lurking shadows I come bearing tidings of great joy, sorta. I just came back from GameStop, having plunked down 5 bills and pre-ordering the CE. The manager said that I should receive an automated phonecall with access key "sometime before the 20th".
I realize I'm at the mercy of GS and FC to get their act together and coordinate this properly. I hate being in this position, but I'll remain optimistic and take it on faith that everything will go right.

There are no mounts with the Amazon Pre-Order, you get an Amazon Bow instead of a Mount.

gah, I preordered from gamestop, in the store. Heck I was in the mall and figured why not.

So to pre-order from Best Buy you just walk in and pick up the box? the key on the box will work for the early activation? Is the 10 dollars you pay a deposit or is it an additional 10 dollars? When you go to pick up the acctual game will you have to pay $49 or $39?
The key is inside the box on a card. it is 1 key that works for your early activation and pre-order promo item (rhino from BB) you use it to register at the aoc site on may 2nd i beleive.
It will only cost $39 as long as you hold on to your receipt of the pre-order. Best Buy doesnt actually put down your name, or anything. So in effect, you could get their pre-order box (which is the only company to offer the rhino mount to my knowledge btw!) and then buy a collectors edition or a standard edition and it will work all the same. You could even buy a CE from somewhere besides BB and still use the BB code fine, although losing the $10 of course then
