No one has said either way, from what I have read anyway. It would be a good idea, but I would not count on it.

Oh, something I just thought of if you didnt have a credit card. If you go to Safeway or somewhere that has those gift card malls, you can get Visa prepaid cards. They work just like a credit card. I think the smallest is 25, but you could get the head start for 5, then use the rest to put towards a game card when they release.

No problem, ya I dunno about Canada. Good luck though, I am sure there is some equivalent.
Found this link on Mastercard (http://www.mastercard.com/ca/personal/en/findacard/prepaid_info.html) and they explain them and its the Mastercard Canada website. So I am sure they are somewhere.
