Got mine this time around and the Comrade tool was much more in sync with the actual release this time.

I got mine. The batch was depleted in like 30 seconds.
Looks like they are gone already. About 6-8 minutes this time around.
They must have lasted less than 5 mins. I just happened to check a little after 10:40, for kicks. That's crazy if they went that fast.
BTW, is it just the page that says how many days and stuff? Does it give you something else on that page or do you have to go through the Fileplanet main page to a different link when the keys are available?

actually it took nearly 10 minutes for them to go i kept refreshing to check
Next Key Release will be in about 4 hours. Yesterday they released at 1:30 PST and last night 11:30 PST I know because I missed both. The trick is when you refresh and it says "Coming soon" just sit there and refresh till you get one. Also have comrade going.
ya its the page that shows the info about what batch is out and such. when the keys are up it will be different.

Comrade is Fileplanet. It is instant notification when keys go live. Its how I got mine.
yes you have to have a paying membership to fileplanet.
Not quite. After some intense searching, I heard the first few days are paid subscribers only, after which, freebies can claim some.

I've been trying for two days now, finally ot one today by luck, just checked it once and it asked me for some info instead of saying "out of keys". I nearly pooped. Very excited. Good luck all. Hope to see you in game. ...
P.S - Don't kill me..
I don't understand why people are finding it so hard to get a beta key. Just get Comrade! I was playing a game when Comrade made a sound (has to be configured to do so) and I alt-tabbed to see what it was; lo and behold, it was the Age of Conan beta!
From there, I did what any red-blooded American would do: I clicked and now I eagerly await bouncing boobs and gory fatalities.

I used Comrade too. Just uninstalled it after getting my beta key. It worked well, let me know maybe 2-3 minutes before keys were going to be sent out.
Stupid paying for a membership just to play AoC. I think I will pass.
