Gamestop in-store pre-order Rave Cards with code

Those cards are now in store for people who made in-store pre-orders. The card contains the pre-order code which grants your War Mammoth mount and also access to download the cliet beginning May 14, 2008 and early access to the game on May 17, 2008. The first words at the top of the card are Age of Conan Hyborian Adventures In-Game Exclusive and the card in red in color with a gold scratch strip concealing the actual code. (Description included in case you need it to give to the store clerk who doesn't seem to know what you're asking for).

I'll have to call them when they open in about 45 minutes. I wouldn't put it past those idiots to have not added me to their auto call/notification list.
From what I understand from my local manager they don't do auto-notification for Rave Cards. Only for the actual games themselves when they get in.

I tried calling both of the local stores and they haven't gotten anything in as of yesterday's orders. They did suggest to try back later in the day after UPS makes a drop off if it has been announced elsewhere that they are out.(I'm in SE Massachusetts)
*shrug* oh well.
Tried my gamestop and they didn't have a clue as usual. Maybe they just didn't get theirs yet. I'll try back in a couple days.

I know i called my Local Gamestop and they said that they will have them in Monday and i live in South Carolina
Yeah, well my Gamestop is wrought with dumbassedness. They have no idea what I am talking about. They keep saying beta will be emailed to me. Funny how they don't have my email address.
I keep telling them it is not a beta, it is a headstart, and you dont have my email so how are you gonna email a rave card with a gold scratch off.

i got my headstart from gamestop(ebgames) today.
They knew everything about the headstart but had opposite experience at bestbuy.ca
maybe something is wrong with the personnal you dealing with

If I had a scanner I'd scan mine (I haven't scratched the gold area out yet as we can't enter them right now) so that you could print it out and take it up there to show them.

ok i just called gamestop and the girl told me they were supposed to get them last week but that i can expect them by next week lol, also a friend of mine that preordered the CE directly, said each gamestop will only receive 5 cards is that true?

I was just at my local Gamestop(Portland, OR) and they had no clue what I was talking about. They had me leave my number and they said they would call me as soon as they come in.
Just an FYI.
Well, we can for sure nail down that not all Gamestops got them on the same day, but they are in fact starting to arrive. So keep your heads up (meaning I'd call your store each day after say 2:00pm local time and ask if they have them).
As for only getting 5 per store that is not accurate from things I've seen/read. The store where I picked up my 2 had a box that had a few more in it. Also, a friend of mine from another site said that his store had a whole stack of them with receipts stapled to them. If a store only has 5 then they must have only gotten 5 pre-orders, have 5 left after other people picking theirs up already or had an issue with their delivery.

Thanks for posting achesoma and airborne. I'm down in Albany, OR. Our gamestop is saying they should receive the codes any day, but still don't know an exact date.
Please post here if you finally get your hands on them, as will I.
