I've heard that Bounty Bay and Voyage Century are the same game. Did those people just mean that the games are very similar, or did they mean that they're literally the same game, same engine, with only a different name?

Exactly the same game. Only two different publishers, one for US other for Europe.

every single thread on the forum says that the two games are exactly alike. Please look around first and save people the time to look at ur thread and post.
